Probiotic may mean gut flora which are good bacteria in the certain foods to make our gut or digestive system healthier, and even to lower risk of several chronic diseases.

Yogurt in the market might be added by some kinds of important microbes, but at least contain two bacteria:

  1. Due to the beneficial bacteria in yogurt, it is also beneficial for the intestinal system, but yogurt must be fermentable. A long time ago, the Turks saw that the milk was fermented during the migration from Central Asia and it has survived until today. Its nutritional value is very high and meals cannot be eaten without it in Anatolia. especially yogurt soup is made with rice and it is delicious
