Some said the Snapdragons with scientific name Antirrhinum majus could bloom until Fall, I don't know.
The flowers have many colors, our favorite includes:
- yellow
- pink
- orange
- red
- and white
Few people grow the Snapdragons from seeds. It could take months until flowers blooming. We never did it.

I love snapdragons! They bring back so many memories of me and my Nanny working in her garden. She loved flowers and especially these. I remember playing with them - opening and closing them up! Thanks for sharing!

Good morning Tanza, I had them ionce n a large balcony box. And bought the seeds at a garden center. They also grew for a long time. Snapdragons In dutch we call them (Leeuwenbekken) can pollinate themselves and therefore spread easily in the garden or balcony. The best soil for snapdragons is nutritious, preferably calcareous and not acidic. Choose a spot in full sun, possibly partial shade is also possible. Keep the soil slightly moist for the first two weeks and you will later have a colorful border. Snapdragons also have a high attraction to bees. Wish you lovely days.
